We are warming up for Welcome September with the Struer Tracks biennale for sound and listening, which this time has the theme 'Municipal Practice'.

The Struer Tracks series of events ranges from films, exhibitions, workshops, food, guided tours, and much more, taking place from Thursday, August 14 to Saturday, August 16 at various locations in Struer Municipality.

All of September - Show us where you come from

We are repeating last year's success and hanging our large world map at Struer Library. Put a small sticker on your country of origin and help us fill in the map with lots of colorful spots.

Guided tour - Struer Library

Thursday, September 4 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Guided tour in ENGLISH at Struer Library and presentation of the library's materials in other languages including e-Reolen, online access to foreign magazines and newspapers, and more. Additionally, a Mini Book Talk in ENGLISH about international authors.

Guided tour - Struer's history

Wednesday, September 24, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM

Guided tour in ENGLISH. The guide will talk about Struer's history on a pleasant walk, which will end at the railway museum Midt- og Vestjyllands Jernbanemuseum.

Meeting point: In front of Struer Museum, Søndergade 23, 7600 Struer

Don’t forget Danish Christmas “hygge” for newcomers

Saturday, December 13 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

We gather around the table and make ornaments for the Christmas tree while enjoying holiday treats – and maybe a secret guest will pay us a visit?
